PGY3
A bulk of the third year is spent in the ambulatory care setting either at Blackstock Family Health Center or in private offices in the community. With three elective blocks available, this year is perfect for tailoring your experiences to what you'd like to be doing in your future practice. Many residents choose to complete electives in complementary medicine, palliative care, sports medicine or urgent care in order to expand their knowledge base. There is also an opportunity to do off-site or overseas electives to broaden your horizons for selected residents.
